Ela with nearly two decades of experience in insurance and digital marketing, Ela has excelled as a Scrum Master and QA professional, driving key projects to success. A certified Scrum Master (CSM, PMI I & II, SPS) and Tester (ISTQB), she is known for her exceptional organizational skills, fostering open communication, and promoting self-organization within cross-functional teams. Ela’s servant leadership ensures that value flows smoothly through the team by removing obstacles and empowering team members to take ownership of their tasks.

Manoj with over 7 years of experience in software development, he specializes in designing and building scalable Java APIs,  alongside database management with MySQL and PostgreSQL. He has contributed to the frontend development, particularly with Angular, in projects focused on the e-commerce sector. His experience lies in creating robust, full-stack solutions that drive business growth and improve user experience.

Cecilia is a skilled UI/UX Frontend Developer with extensive experience in modern web technologies such as Angular, EmberJS, and React. She has a strong background in building customer-facing and internal applications, including hybrid web and mobile apps. With a Master’s degree in Applied Digital Media, she has worked on projects ranging from cybersecurity software to telecom systems, consistently collaborating with design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional code. Cecilia is proficient in tools like Redux, Bootstrap, and NodeJS, and has contributed to the development of style libraries and technical documentation across multiple projects.
